The Hold Steady Drive By Truckers Play Lincoln Theatre

The Hold Steady and The Drive by Truckers have teamed up for a dual-headlining national Rock and Roll Means Well Tour that will make a stop at Raleigh’s Lincoln Theatre on November 3rd.  Each band will trade headlining each night of the tour which starts on October 30th in Louisville, KY.  Drive By Truckers will be the closing act at Lincoln Theatre. Patterson Hood, one of the founding members of Drive By Truckers sings on The Hold Steady’s fantastic new album, Stay Positive. The track is Navy Sheets and it will be great to see the two bands collaborate on this song and possibly more on stage.

This is the same day that Nine Inch Nails will play in Greensboro, but the show will probably sell out so get your tickets soon. Tickets are $23 and are on Sale Friday, August 22nd but you can get presale tickets here (thanks Richard)
