First Annual Independence Day Paride - 4th of July Ride

First Annual
Independence Day Paride*
A Bike Thing

This Fourth of July, come join your brothers and sisters of the pedal and spoke to declare your liberation from petroleum.  To fully express the freedom and happiness that come from commodity-free transportation, consider appropriate costume reinforcing freedom from fuel.

The First Annual Independence Day Paride will commence at the NCSU Belltower at 3 p.m., wind through downtown Raleigh and terminate at the point of origin.  The path will be determined by democracy.

Come show your fellow citizens the currently available gasoline-free transportation choice residing in almost every home.

*Paride:  a massed, recreational bicycle ride, costume optional
